MY STORY
I came to the United States from Belize as a teenager during the 1970's. I had several different jobs to survive the first couple of years. Then a door opened up for me that led to unforeseen lifelong love. I landed a job at a lingerie shop in Borough Park, Brooklyn; it was my initial foray into the realm of lingerie. While there, I taught myself how to fit bras and girdles for women of various sizes.

Then, in the late 1980's, I bid farewell to accept a position at Bloomingdales. During my nine years there, I worked with brands like Wacoal, La Perla, Rigby & Peller, and more exceptional brands.

Upon my departure from Bloomingdales, I got my degree in Fashion Merchandising at Kingsborough Community College and worked with Le Mystere. At Le Mystere, I designed some of their most popular bras, one that was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

MY VISION
I made the heartfelt decision to take a major leap and open my own store. I made it my life's mission to give women of all my sizes a properly fitted bra. I truly believe that it starts with the right foundation! It is extremely gratifying to hear the excitement from my customers when they tell me that I have changed their lives, and I am overcome with joy when customers cry tears of happiness after seeing the difference that a bra can have on their bodies.
It feels so good to know that have done what I've set out to do - and I love every minute of it!

At Iris Lingerie, "It Starts with the Right Foundation!", and the best customer service!
